According to Extra Entertainment News Alyssa Milano is seeking a restraining order against an alleged stalker who she says has been harassing her. He has tried to break into her home on many occasions. This man has also tried to gain access to upcoming events where she is scheduled to appear. "I fear for my personal safety, and the safety of my family and friends," Milano says. According to Celebrity News she writes in the court documents the legal papers state that Jeff Turner, 54, has hiked miles to reach Alyssa's Los Angeles home. The documents also accuse Turner of being “obsessed and mentally unstable fan” who has made statements “indicating that unless restrained his conduct is very likely to continue reports extra entertainment news. He has bypassed many security measures in order to reach her home. Milano filed the petition in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday, December 5th. She said that Jeff Turner has made several attempts over the past two years to contact her, and has tried to get into her LA home without permission.
Alyssa Milano also says that Turner has also displayed a very "increasingly threatening behavior." She is now going to seek court protection for herself, and for her parents and for her brother too. She has become very frightened of this guy. Milano has asked for the restraining order to prevent Turner having contact with her immediate family, and he must stay at least 100 yards away from her and her home at all times.
